l would like to share my experiences with you. Firstly I experienced cycle irregularities. I would skip two or three months then menstruate. I also experienced hot flashes even in winter. Sometimes I would sweat especially during the night, I felt extreme heat on my back. I also experienced mood swings.

I did not know what was going on and went to the Dr who tild me it was menopause.
With time I feel much more comfortable.
