Meet Vonayi Nyamazana
Executive Menopause Coach
Vonayi’s mission is to bring menopause awareness to the BAME community and normalise conversations around the subject to empower women to walk into Menopause with confidence, fully supported and informed. After getting certified as an Executive Coach, she created the platform Ketura Woman, which aims to break the culture of silence in ethnic minorities by providing information and support to black Afri women and men. In addition, she serves this community by facilitating webinars and offering one-to-one coaching to women and couples seeking to navigate this season of perimenopause and beyond as painlessly as possible.Vonayi blogs about her experiences and journey through Menopause as a black African woman.
As a speaker, Voni has shared at various women’s business and social groups, Churches, NHS Trusts and many other platforms. In addition, as a certified Executive Menopause Coach, Voni works with the Kathryn Colas Academy – an accredited Menopause Training Provider, to deliver professional menopause management training for every type of business and employee.
Voni is also the Founder of Inspired Khaya (The home of Inspiration), a platform dedicated to inspiring, encouraging and supporting women to be the best version of themselves; inspired Khaya achieves its objectives through facilitating events/ seminars and mentoring programmes.She is a writer and author and is married with two sons.
